Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance do you book?
We tend to book 1-2 years in advance. We always suggest booking videography as soon as you secure your date and venue.
How do we secure our date with you?
We require a signed agreement and 30% deposit to reserve your date. The remainder of your balance is due no later than 30 days before the date of your event.
Do you charge extra for travel?
We love to travel, and our weddings have taken us all across Ontario (as well as some hot destinations too)! We do charge a small travel fee for any location further than a three hour drive from downtown Toronto. Customized destination wedding packages are available upon request.
Do you provide photography as well?
We specialize in what we are good at, and that is videography. Over the years we have met and worked with a number of extremely talented photographers, whom all have a different style of editing. We would be happy to share our list of photographers with you. All you have to do is ask us!
What if we are awkward infront of the camera?
Don’t worry at all! We are there to make sure you look and feel your best! We will offer some guidance and suggestions along the way to help you relax and look amazing.
Do you include audio in your videos?
We sure do! We focus on capturing audio throughout the day during your ceremony, as well as your speeches. We use wireless lav mics, as well as bring all of the necessary gear needed to plug directly into the sound board of your DJ or A/V provider.
How do you choose the music for your videos?
Music is so personal, and we want our films to represent the two of you. Over the years, we have compiled a very large list of songs that work really well throughout our films. We provide this to our clients as a guide or starting point to choosing music, but always love when client’s have idea’s of songs they both love that are significant to the two of them.
How long does it take to receive our final video?
We shoot and edit all of our work ourselves, and do not outsource our editing. While our contract states a maximum of 6 months, we try to deliver your final edit within 3-4 months of your wedding day.
How do we know what package we should choose for our day?
We can help with that! We always suggest booking a client consultation. We can find out more about your day and what you have planned and can assist in creating a day-of itinerary, and chat about different options you might have.
